I offer guided kayak tours on the lower section of the Russian River in sea touring kayaks (Necky) singles or tandem.  I go from Duncans Mills to Jenner.

This is flat water kayaking with quite a bit of wildlife, nice scenry and very few other watercraft on the water.  The trip is 8 miles takes 3 to 4 hrs. usually 2 to 3 haulouts with one of the haulouts near the sand spit where the river enters the Ocean to look at the harbor seals.  We do not enter the ocean.  I keep my groups small 4 to 10 people and give basic instruction while on the water ie: paddle strokes, reading the water, braces etc. Most of my customers have little experience but experenced paddlers also enjoy this trip.  I also offer trips on the Estero De Americano and Bodega Bay.
